- Loan and sale counts from 1 to 4 read "<5" in the CSV files, as the map shows "fewer than 5".
- No race, ethnicity, sex, age or income fields are read from HMDA. No owner names, addresses or lender names are kept.
- The figures describe homes and loans. They do not rate or rank neighborhoods.
